It helps to double check the shipping address before submitting your order. By doing so, you’ll be less likely to experience the agony of dealing with lost packages. You have to understand once packages leave our facility, it is out of our control to make certain that carriers deliver packages as addressed. However, even if you’re extra careful and take the necessary precautions, yet the following might still happen beyond your control: Packages lost in sorting facilities, carriers deliver to incorrect addresses or leave packages unattended... so, to reduce the chances of such mishaps, we’ve taken the liberty of putting together a few helpful tips! After you receive your confirmation tracking number from us, simply:

  1. Contact your local USPS office, hand them your tracking number and request extra  attention. Also applies to FedEx and UPS carriers.
  2. Request your package be held for pickup.
  3. Request us to mark your package requiring a signature to accept.
 

NOTICE:

  • USA customers to wait 20 days before claiming lost packages.
  • International customers to wait 30 days before claiming lost packages.
 

Restrictions

Some restrictions apply to credits, refunds and exchanges!

  • STOP! BEFORE USING PRODUCTS, CONDUCT A VISUAL INSPECTIONS FOR ANY VISABLE DAMGES, CHECK FOR MISSING ITEMS, AND TEST PRODUCTS FUNCTIONALITY FOR ANY FAULTS! IF ITEMS SHOW PHYSICAL DAMAGE, ARE MISSING PARTS OR POOR HAVE WORKSMANSHIP – IT IS IMPERATIVE THAT YOU CONTACT US RIGHT AWAY! REFER TO “DAMAGES” ABOVE.
  • USED items cannot be returned for credit, refunds, or exchanges or for any reason as set forth in state and federal laws.
  • Credits, refunds and exchanges will only be granted within 30 days of purchase, and are required for items to be in its original form and packaging including: instruction booklets, warranty slip, extras and accessories, since credits, refunds and exchanges will not be granted, and items will be sent back to the customer at the customer's expense. Unless an RMA is issued, items cannot be returned. If items are returned without and RMA, we will have no choice but to return the items back to the customer at the customer’s expense.  
  • Shipping fees paid during the initial time of ordering will not be reimbursed.
  • International customers to pay return shipping fees only. Does not apply to U.S. customers.
  • Products covered under manufacturer's warranty, are to be handled through such manufacturer. Simply contact us, and we’ll put you in touch with the right people.
